Service Introduction:

• Verify quickly and easily with the 'PASS app,' a complex authentication app.

Service Target:

• KT Mobile / KT MVNO (budget phone) customers
• Anyone over the age of 14 who uses mobile devices can use it conveniently.
• Foreigners who can verify their mobile phones and corporate customers who have subscribed to corporate identification services can also use it. (However, individuals under 19 years old and corporate phones cannot use micropayment services.)

Key Features:

• Simple Identity Verification: Safely verify your phone with a 6-digit PIN or fingerprint registered in PASS without worrying about phishing.
• Mobile Payment: You can check payment history and use barcode payment.
• Mobile Driver's License Verification Service: Register your physical driver's license information on PASS, making it accessible on your phone.
• Mobile Resident Registration Card Verification Service: Verify the information on your resident registration card on PASS without the physical card.
• PASS Certification: Use the certified electronic signature to make your transactions safer and more convenient.

Notes:

• Accessible from Android OS version 6.0 and above. Fingerprint authentication may not be supported depending on the phone model.
• The service is not supported on tablets, smartphone accessories, or WiFi-only devices.
• Data usage fees may apply based on your mobile plan when installing and running the app under a 3G/LTE environment.
• If used overseas without a WiFi connection, roaming charges may apply.

Required Access Permissions and Reasons:

1. Essential Access Permissions:
   • Phone permission: Required to obtain phone status information for verification, app usage statistics collection/transmission, and customer service phone calls.
   • Storage permission: Required for saving signature files and managing information, as well as app usage statistics.
2. Optional Access Permissions:
   • Biometric Information: Used for fingerprint authentication.
   • Camera: Used for authentication through QR codes, driver's license registration, ID verification, electronic document profile settings, and pet exam for patellar dislocation.
   • Location Information: Used to confirm the device's location when sending driver's license confirmation documents.
